She came to Germany in 1998 to continue her dance studies at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen. After her dance training, she worked as a freelance dancer with various choreographers in Germany from 2002 to 2013, including Pina Bausch (2004) and Sasha Waltz (2002-2009).

2007-2013 she also worked as a freelance choreographer in collaboration with Damian Gmür and as a freelance lecturer of contemporary dance at various dance institutions, dance companies and universities. In 2010-2013 she studied part-time the M.A. Dance Culture V.I.E.W. at the German Sport University in Cologne. In 2013 she was appointed professor for contemporary dance at the Palucca University of Dance in Dresden, where she still works today.
