Based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Storage of the data in a non-public (internal) data collection at the DTD.
  • Contacting by DTD using e-mail address or telephone number for inquiries regarding expert reports or for inquiries.
  • Transmission of name and contact data to third parties, in particular members of the DTD or cooperation partners* at events (e.g. symposia, conferences, AG ́s, juries, expert groups).

Your rights:

  • You can request information from DTD about the personal data processed at any time pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO. This includes, in particular, information about the processing purposes, the categories of recipients to whom data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period,
  • pursuant to Art. 16 DS-GVO, demand the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by DTD without undue delay;
  • pursuant to Art. 17 DS-GVO, demand the erasure of the stored personal data, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 DS-GVO request the restriction of the processing of personal data under the conditions regulated therein;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 DS-GVO, receive the personal data provided by the data subject in a format regulated therein or request the transfer to another controller; and
  • complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR.

For internal data processing, Dachverband Tanz Deutschland uses products and services of Microsoft Corporation (variants of the Microsoft 365 service) based in the USA. Microsoft has adopted the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission in the license agreements of its products offered in the EU, but the USA is assessed by the European Court of Justice as a country with an insufficient level of data protection according to EU standards. There is still a risk that your data may be processed by U.S. courts, U.S. law enforcement agencies, and national security agencies in accordance with its laws for control and surveillance purposes, possibly without recourse. If you click "Yes", you consent according to Art. 49 para. 1, p.1., lit. a DSGVO that your personal data may be processed in the USA.
